untype is a Web app in the publishing category of the Nostr ecosystem. untype is a minimal, focused long-form writing client for Nostr. It strips away distractions so writers can publish clean NIP-23 articles straight to the network. It is fully open source, so the code can be audited and self-hosted. It supports Lightning zaps, letting you tip creators and peers directly in sats. It supports long-form (NIP-23) content publishing and reading. As a Nostr-native application, untype ties to a public key only you control and communicates over open relays, so there is no corporate account to lose access to.
